Nietzsche's the Gay Science
For me, reading things in a group is partly just about having to do it. That kind of reading is different than sitting down with like an absorbing novel. It's pretty fun partly because I think that Adorno was sort of riffing off of the form that Nietzsche perfected in The Gay Science even as he's doing something else. And then you just start to see things begin to illuminate and make sense and you can connect them one to the next.
