Can Universities Restore a Shared Moral Code?
Can we reassert a shared moral code? Can we revive a sense of collective social responsibility? And could we start this process on university campuses? This was something i put to jonathan height. I think beginning to see the spread of these divisions, in this form of identity politics, into the corporate world is going to interfere with productivity. Of course, they have to deal with diversity issues. But the more you can have a sense of we are together, we're working for common purpose,. We're trying to build something great here. Now we can have the difficult discussions about discrimination or feelings of exclusion.
