Pyle: I would say to the young aspiring neuroscientist, take a chance. Work on one of the intellectually most challenging, daunting, but lofty goals. And in the process, learn how to be a better thinker, a better writer, a better team player. Take that and apply it to education. You can apply it to society. You could even go into Wall Street and make a bundle.
