The loudest in the room has the least control, always. Don't mistreat people's assistants. Treat everybody nice. It pains me that this is now seen as some kind of advantage. People think something is normal because it's getting called out by the media. And even though it's maybe a one and ten thousand event, the media makes it look like it's a one in ten. I just don't understand why people just don't get that, being kind to people.
