Using DevOps Engineering to Enable End-to-End Ownership

The goal would be to enable an application developer to kind of own their process. And then DevOps engineering role would provide a tool set so that you could enable that end-to-end ownership. We think it should be similar in data where the user is able to write their tags in Python and write their code naturally. Then there are software abstractions which make it easy for them to kind of collaborate within the system.
