The five oldest states, and this is based on percentage of the population over 65, are maine, florida, west virginia, vermont and delaware. The five youngest states are utah, alaska, texas, georgia and colorado. So i would use data from one of these in flight medical event data bases that exist,. And i would look at flights going to and from cities that are younger versus older.
