How to Be a Calming Expert in Exercise
I think that I have talked a lot of patients down from like a place of heightened anxiety and concern just by being a calming kind of knowledgeable presence. If you're the kind of person who will just try things to see what works then go for it if that's your thing in terms of traditional interventions. When it comes to exercise again everything's really hit and miss most people will think of gliders and sliders or neuro dynamics but they seem to do something so don't give up on them yet.
