Pregnancy can be such a hard time when you're not feeling well, maybe nauseous and probably not getting great rest. Women tend to move a lot less than is recommended during pregnancy. We had midwives who recommended that any activity I was doing to continue doing it as long as it felt comfortable. And I think the risk is more on the other side.
