The Inequality of Women's Football

South Africa are the first South African side men's or women's to reach the knockout stages of a World Cup. I just feel like this might be the end of the road for them. Imagine how far they would come if they didn't have all these off field issues, if they were actually properly backed and paid. If you think these teams are performing well now, imagine what the World Cup's going to give for you this time. And hopefully more teams are backed, funded, supported, paid properly.
