The left has checked out, essentially retreated into a this ama. Go back and read what happened in the cultural revolution because it has echoes of that. The great betrayal of the working class in his country was strated by figures like clinton and byden not to mention mass incarceration. Half of my students in prison would not be there but for clinton and Byden who militarized the police. And i think we have to stop looking at particular political figures, or even a political party, but at corporate control and what it has engendered.
