The Importance of Being a Female Leader

There are certain personality traits that will be rewarded as successful within a religious tribe of a congregation. But if you're a female with those same traits, you suddenly are seen as somebody who's bumping up against the system. And when religion jumps in and tells you that you have to be a certain kind of human and then changes the track that you were on, there's so much space for resentment and hurt.
