When we talk about suicide to other people, it has to be done in a particular way with clar people. Some really close, dear friends, most of who went through my councelling program with me, so are also counsellors. So i would do my best to tell them one either hear's what i need from you, or here's what i'm going to do for self care. We need a free out. There is always the lake cushioning it with.
