Did Jack Dorsey Really Break the Law?

Did Jack Dorsey lie to Congress that they shadow banned for political reasons? I don't think so. If you look at the full context and who they banned and how they talked about it, clearly they had some attitude about Trump in particular and maybe Banjito too. It's kind of like mafia talk where they all understand what they're doing, but they don't have to say it out loud. And the criticism of Trump is that he was always using this mafia talk. Because Trump's pretty, he's a clever persuasive player, and maybe he's got a little extra that he's intending there.
