Is There a Class of Verb That Takes Suffixes?

It's not exactly certain when When a verb is suffixing and when it's prefixing. She did have a proto language didn't she or Am I making that up? It would be good for her to collect all her information and put it in one document so that we could see So that somebody could actually look at the language of all and see how it works.
