i lean towards aesthetic and i'm more so not looking for necessarily like a lot of strength or a lot of um like symmetry anything like that it's just i really am more so interested on how my body looks and that realm yeah. Just doing the focus days is a is a perfect amount of volume and intensity for you may feel like you need to scale back on some of the sets I mean i would actually kind of test each one each time you do each time your cycle comes around test out your your different theories on how to do that and actually see what feels the best, they and go based off of that.
