Growth steward is the person in charge of deciding who gets to do a certain type of work. In practice, this means that if there are ten people raising their hand for one job, you're probably over subscribed. A lot of times i get a hand raiser at's like, i'm gong to be free for three months, and then i'm mitted in august. And un lyk coolet's a twelvemonth projecto no.
