Talent recruitment and talent retention were reported as reported as the top challenges for both PE sponsors and Portco CEOs this year. 75% of Portco leaders cited talent retention as their most daunting challenge, not a surprise given the great resignation. Leaders at PE firms seemed less concerned that their best talent would jump ship maybe because their compensation model is very tied to long-term performance. I also think PE investors, you know, just have an affinity for disruption. It's more kind of in their DNA. They're less upset by it.
