How to Train Your Core Without Gaining Weight

You don't want to put on all this mass on your lower body that will be counterproductive. You can do that by strengthening the nervous system and you know the connective tissues getting slowly stiffer from deadlifting without gaining weight. So it's not a magic bullet but it's one of maybe five or six different exercises that you want to think about training total core. And so doing those types of weighted planks was game changing for me last season or two, and I still have a long way to go.
