Is Superannuation the Best System?
Most people need the money in their 20s and 30s when they're setting up their life, raising a family whatnot. It's like saying everyone must self-insure their car or their house if it burns down. So we should be able to get back more than what we put in if we're going to support people in retirement. If I've been a housewife, my husband dies, he's gambled all of our savings away. I've never earned a dollar in my life. So what's superannuation meant to do for me?
