S roughly speaking, do less breaks, just injure work sooner. Does it mean don't do no breaks? I i think a typical fixed block schedule, like youre talking about, six thirty t three 30, you want to do a non trivial lunch break that involves leaving wherever you work and getting outside. And then just time, block. Lock in, get it done. Get after it. When you're done, you're done. That's what i suggest.
