The French High Command in the Summer of 1792

In 17 92, the french army was in a state of disrepair. But then they were turned around by their own high command. The two armies faced each other at valmi near Paris. French artillery pounded the allies' with more precision than anyone else's. And as it turns out, this point in history is not very far from being true.
