Getting the Sunlight in the Morning Is Important Symbolically

"I make it a priority that within the first 90 minutes of my day, I'm getting at least 15 minutes, but preferably a half hour of outdoor sunlight," he says. 'Just seeing this big red slash through that item and seeing as the day progresses, all of those things get crossed off is really important'
