Williams - Is He a Good Starter?

I think of him more as a valuedrotation player rather than a starter. He's doing pretty, pretty similar to the same thing p j tucker's doing in miami this year. I wouldn't be surprised if grant williams is closing a lot of these games. But i think it's really scheme dependent,. just like i thought it was when josh richardson was in boston and there was really what does the match up dictate that night, whether to close with richardson or williams?
