The Schrodinger Equation and the Double Slit Experiment

The principle of wave particle duality that comes out of the double slit experiment. That is one of the foundations of quantum mechanics trying to explain what the heck is going on in thedouble slit experiment. So how does this double slit experiment relate to the quantum mechanical model of the atom and De Bruy's electron standing waves that I described before? Well, these two phenomena were brought together by what is called the Schrodinger equation which was proposed in 1925. TheSchrodinger equation is written in terms of how the wave function changes over time.
