Is There a Phase Transition?

In the next post you talk about how agency and alignment work will undergo a phase transition in the next approximately five years. Is it going to be based on solving the abstraction? Based on abstraction is one possible path. Do you think it'll be solved within those two years or just like a thing people are going to be crunching hard on? I am more confident that there will be a phase transition than I am in any particular path. What it will look like is the field will start to look less preparadimatic. It will start to have something which more closely resembles a paradigm.
