Does the Accuracy of the Music in a Movie or TV Show Affect Your Experience?
If a show or movie is really good and the music isn't really the point, I'm a lot happier to suspend my disbelief than if the whole thing really depends on the music. Wendell Pierce's portrayal of Trombone playing on Tremé was really convincing in his portrayal of Miles Whiplash from Slope Kids. One place that I'll actually see a lot of people taking shortcuts in animation is just because there's kind of more you know, like things get glossed over a little bit.
