What's Happening in the Chinese Property Market?

Singapore is one of those amazing stories that has managed to keep a lid on property prices for the average dute. I think it offers a model, certainly for ireland, certainly for the u.K. But let's go straight to china. Tell me what is happening on the ground in the chinese property market. Housing sales are down 32 % year on year. This sort of thing simply does not happen. People are used to pretty rapid growth in housing sales. So it's pretty grim times at the moment. Andi'll come back to those periods in a little bit.
