What's the Challenge We All Have?

i've always worked in health care, a researchroutine, health care vender, le technologys developer for a vender of information systems. Everybody i know in health care works really, really hard and tries their damndes to provide optimal care to the patient. And what that needs is co ordination across the different parts of the system, so things don't get done differently. That's the challenge weall have.
