Great leaders have very high e intelligence. They are excellent at it. But a lot of middle managers, for example, they get moved hierarchically into these rolls of people leaders and that's not actually what they're skilled at. And so we need to understand is howo we get people into these rolls that are just excellent at leading people, and then have people that are graded individual contributors still have the same level of seniority and equity and pay.
