CNN's John Berman says the FBI is creating terror plots out of whole cloth in order to justify its own budgets. The agency targets people for their radical political views rather than any evidence that they intend to engage in terrorism, he says. This tactic is akin to having the DEA consistently warn about the severe threat of drug addiction while simultaneously pushing drugs by those on its payroll so it can arrest addicts and thus justify its budget. "What are you going to do? Like there's almost nothing you can do to stop this this train at the moment," Bennett asks.
