Two years ago, i was thinking about potentially moving. I had my own office upstairs in the theatre room. And i just felt really isolated being there all by myself. So we started thinking, what if i build a new house and document the entire process? Now that house is worth like 200 thousand more than i sold it for. But this new house is worth more money as well. It's opened up so much opportunity. We're working with companies i probably never would have worked but beforea when they found out we were doing this smart home. They all wanted in.
