Is There a Cache Native to the System?
There's no guarantee that whatever you put into memory will still be there. Like it's a cache, right? The cache can be evicted at any time. You can use services like Upstash or even primitive in memory caches. This is not like isolate anywhere because it's totally up to however the system decides to scale you.
