I've definitely times I've Fallen into the people pleasing trap. A perfect recent example is I've been going to this CrossFit gym and they planned a party on for on You know this last week And I told them I was like yeah, I'm gonna try and come it's gonna be awesome but then I realized that because I love those people at my gym and like I'm excited But I care about what they think of me. It wasn't a big deal. So I canceled and we went to the thing together when I was actually we talked about it all night. That's a good example. Yeah, there'll be more thingsYeah, so he would say that was a win
