The Importance of Community in Teaching

I started the first parkour gym on the West Coast in 2009, I co-founded it. And my first group of athletes that I trained up to be coaches were great,. The second generation that was trained by them without hands on from me ended up not becoming particularly good coaches. But yeah, I know I resonate with that a lot. So we're talking about is like building the culture, building like what are just like movement practices, mindfulness practices, major connection practices and community practices.
