The Importance of Load Management
In most weightlifting gyms the way that they would solve load management would just be, let's just do the same movement that you normally do, but just a little bit lighter. That's not really solving the problem or managing load very well. So why don't we just put you in a split squat and we can load that up? Instead of doing light deadlift day, which is just basically useless training. I couldn't agree more. It seems like the bitching thing is universal. It's a human trait. Like my way is the way you working with S and C coaches. We just spent 20 minutes or 10 minutes coaching movement. Now explain to me in your eyes like
