Governor dusen came into office as an unapologetically pro business governor. He really positioned arizona as sort of the anti california. Here we have low taxes, we have not that much regulation. This is where you can come and grow your business for much lower costs than you ever could in silican valley. There was no pushback when this happened. The ranks were growing very quickly. And i think it was more than 250 operators there in a year's time.

Paris Marx is joined by Lauren Smiley to discuss what we’ve learned about the Uber crash since in happened in March 2018, what that’s meant for the vehicle operator who’s been charged, and whether the justice system made the right call in blaming her instead of Uber.
