Doing Weddings

It's the cumulative work of testing the jokes out and little private shop, coffee shops or whatever. And among friends and then honing it on tour and trying to get the big laughs from the stage. Well, and also I just think an audience is so, so unpredictable. You can prepare for an audience, but my experience of any kind of public speaking, any kind of giving a speech, anything like that is the laughs are never quite where you think they're going to be.
