Protein is not a great substrat for energy, no matter which way you cut it. And if you don't have energy coming in, you're going to look for something else to try and bridge that gap. The main rhetoric now is that the more protein the better - even at the expense of dietary fat. We tlkn about health or we talk about health and fitness. So when we really get someone's like, what your gol? What he trying to achieve? Ah, do you really need to be having that much protein? That's a conversation that i think people need to have, yes.
