How Do I Track Back My Contributions for the Last Few Years?

With PCSC, my tip is just keep a record of everything. When you were training or salaried, your pension happened automatically. If you're a Locum, you've got to do these Locum A&B forms. And there are some easy ways to do that. But I guess if you've come from training as a GP or as a salary GP and you're moving to Locum, it's not very clear every year end how they update their records.
