Is There a Happy Ending at All to the Story?

An ant called sericomerex amebelis is a farmer ant. So it farms a fungi una, makes little scrapings and grows fungis to eat. But there's another species which is called meglomemic semeticus. And it comes in, it comes into the first ance colony. It eats the fungus the first ant has made, and it also eats the babies that the host is rearing. The hosts do nothing about it.
