When we have 50 people at our house, i only need 32 napkins. We use a turke lass in lieu of toothpicks for a debufe style of food that i put out. And when my kids go to school, they don't need any fancy lunch gismo. What's great about doing in this way is that then the towel becomes your please mat. It becomes your napkin, but also useyo, use it for transport. Everyone can rub their lunch. So replacing anything disposable for reusable alternative means shopping with reusables.
