Paying Bribes in Panama

It's a very, um, tribal culture, I guess. But they want their independence and they are showing that they haven't. They're changing the laws all the time. There's always someone you can pay to get anything you want. For Prena, if you pay somebody, you can get it done. The gate guards, it's a very unusual life down there. You treat people with respect, they treat you well. Where white, there's no racism at all is what I found.
