When you load up a sentence like this it's really putting a lot of strain on the reader who has to hold all this information in their brain until they get so at least I don't know the middle or near the end of the sentence. So that's where it's worth doing a bit of grammar self-study and often if you have those IELTS preparation books or exam preparation books they will have language focused sections for advanced English. You've got to be able to do sort of negative inversions or you've got to learn relative clauses and how they work.
