The future state is you ask them where they want to go. Like what are they trying to accomplish? Right? So, there are objectives. A lot of times you can, like I just got off a call a little while ago and I didn't have to ask them what their future state is or anything like that. You don't start selling to the need the minute they state it to you. It could be very different for two people in the same role who might be buying the same product.
