How to Choose the Right Planner for Your ADHD
Mary: I want to follow up on the planner question, time management being one of the primary topics of this session. A number of people have posted and I can identify that it's very difficult to settle on a planner. The other part is paper versus electronic. Whether or not one uses a digital planner or a paper planner really depends on your comfort level using digital media. Either one can serve the purpose as long as it has certain characteristics.
