The Importance of Adjusting

Rachelle: I have been learning in my time in leadership is the ability to adjust and a lot of the times I think when I think of that I think of like in the moment fast adjusting but there would be times where I would make a plan for the entire semester and then almost feel guilty when I'm changing things halfway through the semester. If you're feeling the spirit leads you one way but your plan is another way, always go with the spirit because this that's something that even if it feels risky it's not gonna let you down.
