Differential Learning for Beginners and Advanced Athletes
As far as developing athletes, do you lean toward one dealing with more beginning athletes or advanced athletes? And then a follow up to that is, how do you know what are the signs that things are working and that are that are sticking. Yeah. So constraints I tend to use. I think I tend to used a bit more overall constraints. Here's how an example. So a constraints led approach I use when the person has a specific movement solution that I don't think is effective. That's so the ball size is the constraint. Right, the ball is going to bounce all over the place if they don't kind of move and to receive and soften the pass. But I think differential
