How to Have a Low Cadence on Easy Runs

A lot of my athletes have two low cadence like way too low. I asked Tom specifically about if it's okay to have a lower cadence to 180 on easy runs, as you heard. He said that even on easy when you run at a lower intensity, he recommended having 180 or above. And finally, this whole concept of learning how to teach your body to run, not how to learn to run per se.
