When you have a small team, there's something that really bonds the team together. And at a certain point, i believe it becomes somewhat untenable, right? Because that many people in a room is just cacophiny. I'd love to learn how other companies have done it, because i haven't seen anything so far that has been the ideal solution. But as long as we have a shared understanding of how we make decisions, your flat organization doesn't meanit a democracy, necessarily.
