The 10 Year Fix and the 30 Year Fix
Mortgage rates declined last week from a recent high but total application activity slipped for the fourth straight week. The third year fixed rate dipped six point eight one percent ten basis pointsLower than last week but still second highest rate of two thousand and twenty three. I keep talking about quarter four being similar to last quarter four maybe even worse. This is another signal of that when you play it out throughout the rest of the year. We're going to take a look at the 10 year as well as the 30 year fix.
